LOFT II by NEGATIVE SPACE RENTALS features transitional sets inclusive of SOUTH windows, many different pieces of furniture, a movable 8FT x 8FT air wall, diffuser curtains and a hunter green curtain wall. As a standard, LOFT II includes a comfortably sized powder room, a steamer, rolling clothing rack, open counter space, full kitchen, open shooting space featuring exposed concrete & wood beams, lighting equipment, bluetooth audio, ladder, fan, V-Flats in BLACK & WHITE, and much more. For the best experience  possible, our this space is outfitted with smart devices which allow us to quickly assist if you have any issues with access, ambient temperature, or lighting.
