The LOFT by NEGATIVE SPACE is an intimate boutique photography studio that has recently been made available for sharing in Houston, Texas. We’ve been working with photographers, videographers, and artists offering them unbeatable rates on our studio space which comes with a plethora of amenities. With a comfortably sized powder room, full kitchen, meeting area, open shooting space featuring exposed concrete/wood and much more, your creative possibilities are endless. Full Day
Full day rental of the entire studios for up to 8 Hours. Hours are Monday - Sunday from 8am to 5pm (+/-1HR depending on season). Weekend dates based upon availability.

Half day rental of the entire studios for up to 4 Hours. Hours are Monday - Sunday from 8am to 5pm.

Per Hour
Rental by the hour, minimum two hours. First come first serve, please reserve to guarantee time slot. Hours are Monday - Sunday from 8am to 5pm. Weekend dates based upon availability.
STUDIO AMENITIES
The Loft is equipped with a comfortably sized powder room, meeting area with an AppleTV synced TV, Bluetooth sound, full kitchen with refrigerator and stove, wardrobe hanger, steamer, iron, a working shower, lighting modifiers, two directions of natural light, a beautiful surrounding exterior, and more.
LOCATION
Located in the easily accessible warehouse district in downtown Houston, TX, the Negative Space is surrounded by art galleries, original exposed brick/wood beams, a beautiful downtown view, and incredible food close by for after session meetings or lunch breaks. After photographing in the beautifully lit space, take a stroll around the surrounding area for supplemental photos.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Take advantage of our wonderful Hair & Make-Up partners who can start your clients off before you arrive. You have the option of having them come to the studio and stay for the whole shoot, or simply have your client meet them at their studio close by.
