LOFT II // THE BLOOM ROOM
LOFT II by NEGATIVE SPACE RENTALS is the sequel to THE ORIGINAL LOFT I. In a condensed manner, LOFT II features two large set of unobstructed windows with naturally reflected light from surrounding rooftops. In addition to the built in railing system that is equipped with different hanging drops, a large amount of textured substrates are included for your product photography needs. Also included is a 8FTx 8FT movable wall that features a lime-wash almond texture on one side and a solid matte black on canvas on the other. As a standard, LOFT II includes a comfortably sized powder room, a steamer, rolling clothing rack, open counter space, full kitchen, open shooting space featuring exposed concrete & wood beams, lighting equipment, bluetooth audio, ladder, fan, V-Flats in BLACK & WHITE, bottled water, and much more. For ease of use, our lofts are outfitted with Google enabled devices which allow us to quickly assist in your needs.

Full day rental of the entire studio for up to 12 Hours. Hours are Monday - Sunday from 7:30am to 7:30pm (+/-1HR depending on season).

LOFT ONE is equipped with a South & West Windows with Natural rooftop reflectors for incredible light no matter what time of day, a comfortably sized powder room, Bluetooth sound, full kitchen, rolling clothing rack, steamer, constant lights, C-Stands, a beautiful surrounding exterior, and more.

LOCATION
Located in the easily accessible warehouse district in downtown Houston, TX, the Negative Space is surrounded by art galleries, original exposed brick/wood beams, a beautiful downtown view, and incredible food close by for after session meetings or lunch breaks. After photographing in the beautifully lit space, take a stroll around the surrounding area for supplemental photos.
